Dr. Peng Si is currently a Research Scientist at Stanford University School of Medicine. He finished his postdoctoral training in Molecular Imaging Program at Stanford and received his Ph.D. in Bioengineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.  His current research focuses on developing advanced nanotechnologies and molecular imaging strategies for contrast enhanced imaging of tumor and inflammation in living subjects using optical coherence tomography. He has published 16 peer-reviewed journal articles including 14 ones as a first or corresponding author in high impact journals such as ACS Nano, Nano Letters, Trends in Cancer, Biosensors and Bioelectronics with over 1000 citations. He has won World Molecular Imaging Congress Travel Award for three consecutive years in 2017, 2018 and 2019 and Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Self-financed Students Abroad in 2014.
